Systems and Information Officer- CAM Fleet Services
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of fleet/asset management system, preferably Tranman.
- Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft office products.
- Knowledge of force structure and policy.
- Ability to analyse and report on data
- Minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualification in maths and English
- Proven communication skills and confidence dealing with officers and staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to answer the telephone effectively and courteously
- Possess keyboard skills and be able to transcribe information
- Proven verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organisation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products
- Experience of working on own initiative and within a team environment
- Experience of working with all levels of management
Hours:
36.5 hours flexi scheme working at Fleet Services Logistics centre Nexus
Vetting:
Successful applicants will be required to pass Management Vetting and Security Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Medical
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
