Senior Network Services Analyst
Essential:
Must demonstrate proven experience and ability to:
- Provide technical expertise as required in one or more of the following areas:
- Data network technology
- Voice network technology and telephony
- Airwave
- ICCS
- Firewall technology
- Manage, coordinate and support force networks and other associated technologies;
- Create and maintain technical documentation to high standards;
- Flexibility to use a variety of supporting technologies and to be innovative;
- Ability to coach and develop staff within the team;
Desirable:
- An IT related qualification, or demonstrable skills in an IT environment;
- ITIL Foundation certificate or demonstrable skills that the ITIL principles are understood in the context of the role.
- An understanding of the ITIL processes as they apply to the team and to the department as a whole.

Vetting
Successful applicants will be required to pass Management Vetting scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Medical
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
