Knowledge and Experience

Essential
  • To be an experienced administrator working to deadlines, coordinating meetings and be a single point of contact for the strategic lead. 
  • Have the ability to handle and assimilate data that facilitates the production of meaningful products for the effective running the cadre
Desirable
  • Experience of working with across regional forces/ and utilising their data sets/information
Essential Skills
  • Have experience in working in an analytical environment with some analytical expertise in order to produce accurate and meaningful assessments to drive regional activity.
  • Proven ability on IT systems, to be able to produce meaningful products to support the CADRE across the region 
  • Proven ability to communicate both verbal and written with the ability to prepare and present reports, as well as visual communication skills in order to facilitate the presentation of data in a simple and understandable format.
  • High levels of interpersonal skills are essential with the ability to deal with customers in order to develop relationships and the exchange of information / intelligence.
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to prioritise, plan and organise own workload.
  • Possession of a full driving licence is desirable to allow travel throughout the region and beyond.
  • Experience of working in a high pressured environment producing results within time critical deadlines.
Other requirements
  • Ability to travel regionally on a regular basis for meetings. Ability to travel throughout England and Wales as required
