Project Officer ( Construction)
Specific Knowledge Skills and Delivery
• B/TEC Higher National (Building) (or equivalent Studies) is essential
• Experience of preparation of Feasibility Studies
• Proven experience of Architectural Design capability
• Proven experience in Construction Detailing
• Proven experience of on-site project management and site inspections
• Proven experience of Project Management
• Competency in Computer Aided Design (ACAD)
• AutoDesk Revit experience with other BIM applications is desirable.
• Fully Conversant in using both JCT and NEC forms of Contract.
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully passing vetting and medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
