Essential Skills
- Knowledge and experience in the application and interpretation of Road Traffic and other Criminal offences.
- Knowledge of the public interest and evidential test.
- Have the confidence to deal with conflict and the ability to make sound judgement.
- Knowledge of current procedures and protocols.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide guidance and influence at all levels.
- Evidence of successfully planning and progressing work within guidelines.
- Evidence of been able to work without direct supervision
- Evidence of working under pressure to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
Desirable
- Experience of working with other external stakeholders such as HMTCS, CPS and Probation.
- Experience of inputting SJP and PLP files.
