Skills and Competencies:
Essential :
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Management Experience Leading a multi-disciplined team in a busy environment with competing demands
- A strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- An ability to build, maintain and Influence relationships at a Strategic Level
- Skilled at Problem Solving
- Experience of writing high level reports for Government & Chief Officers
- Effective Leadership and Management
- Good communication and relationship building
- Strategic influencing and negotiating
- National influencing experience
- Strategic report writing
Desirable:
- Evidence of significant experience of working within governance, intelligence or investigations
- Experience of developing organisational performance management frameworks
- Experience of strategic engagement with national and international Partners
- Experience of developing and delivering a risk management framework
- Experience of budget management and financial forecasting
- Experience in marketing and communication
- Financial / Administrative Background
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Governance, intelligence or performance background
Hours:
36.5hrs per week. There may be a requirement to work outside these hours. Flexibility to travel overseas to represent the UK at international forums.
lnterviews
Interviews will take place w/c 13th June 2022
Vetting:
Successful applicants will be required to pass Management Vetting and Security Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Medical
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
