Head of Commissioning and Evaluation
The Person
You will have a proven track record and experience of commissioning and evaluation within a complex multi-function organisations A high level of proficiency and expertise relating to best practice and training quality standards, business planning, quality assurance and performance review for both internally and externally provided training Experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment with varied working arrangements and multiple stakeholders and engaging with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels within the business Extensive understanding of and experience of the training cycle to commission, quality assure and evaluate appropriate development interventions As an inspirational leader you should be skilled in positively influencing a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation through negotiation and persuasion. You will also have experience of managing teams and have a clear understanding of organisational culture. Proven credibility of dealing with performance issues, whilst managing a number of different work streams at any one time You will have the ability to interpret data and produce management information reports for senior leaders Ability to achieve proven and measurably successful outcomes through a combination of professional, technical and management skills and competencies An understanding of local and public authority governance structure is desired but not essential
