Force Contact Centre Apprenticeship
Essential Criteria
- Be 18 years old or over
- Have a minimum of GCSE grade 4 or above in English & Maths.
- Be computer literate
- Be helpful and compassionate
- Be prepared, with support, to work in an team environment which can at times be unpleasant and aggressive

You will work a shift pattern with staggered start times covering 24/7, 365 days a year, where a generous shift allowance of up to an additional 34.9% can be paid.

Once your application is complete, you will be invited to complete our in-person Assessment Centre which will test your listening & communication skills. Here, you will have an opportunity to hear more about the role and apprenticeship and ask any questions that you may have.

Vetting:
Successful applicants will be required to pass Recruitment Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
