Finance Business Partner
Essential Experience
- Post qualification experience of at least 3
years in financial management, budgeting, reporting and providing advice.
- Significant experience of advising and guiding
business decisions within corporate governance frameworks in order to
ensure compliance and managing risks.
- Experience and knowledge in all relevant
statutory, regulatory and professional accounting standards.

- Have analytical and judgement skills – ability
to analyse diverse sets of information.
- Planning and organisational skills – able to
formulate and implement long term plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to explain
things clearly, in an appropriate style and tone.
- Driven to deliver with enthusiasm – highly

deadlines and deliver quality work.
- Able to work collaboratively to achieve shared
goals – be business focused and flexible when meeting operational needs
and expectations.

Qualifications
- You must be CCAB qualified (full
member of ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) or equivalent
Conditions
Based at Lloyd House in Birmingham
city centre, you will work a 36.5 hour week. There is a requirement to work
flexibly at all times with regard to workloads and priorities, and a
requirement to travel to other locations to build collaborative
relationships.
