Role Responsibilities:
- To clean and maintain all designated areas to an acceptable, approved and specified standard including: All communal areas; all kitchens; all offices and rooms; all toilets, bathrooms, shower rooms and other sanitary ware.
- Walls, tiled areas and internal windows up to a height of 11ft(3.53m) using high level cleaning equipment.
- To maintain the cleanliness and operational effectiveness of all cleaning equipment, and report any equipment and building faults to supervisor.
- To be flexible to situations or requests for the business.
- Uniform will be provided
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Working at heights training will be provided.
- Able to travel to various site using police/own vehicle.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate competency in a cleaning role.
- Ability to manage workload and to deliver results to a high standard.
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrable commitment to high levels of customer care.
- Cleaning (BICS) Qualification or relevant / similar experience.
