Essential:
- Proven investigative background (accredited to PIP 2) with experience in conducting serious and complex investigations; utilising both overt and covert tactics
- Proven experience in handling complex and sensitive disclosure issues
- Proven experience in managing threat, risk and harm (including threats to life issues)
- A proven understanding, with evidence of practical application, of RIPA and ECHR
- Proven ability to handle secret and official sensitive information
- Proven ability to manage operations involving Organised Crime Groups
- Proven communication skills coupled with excellent administrative ability
- A team player who can demonstrate, self-motivation, sound and reasoned decision making and the ability to drive investigations
- Adaptability and flexibility together with the highest levels of discretion and integrity
Desirable:
- Current or (recent) past experience in Mobile Surveillance
- Advanced driving grade
