Thanks for your interest in the ASB Officer position. Unfortunately this position has been closed but you can search our 4 open jobs by clicking here.
Applicants for the post should have the following:
  • Experience of dealing with and resolving ASB problems in a methodical way following processes and using best practice.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone, face to face and in the written form (e.g correspondence, official letters and report writing). 
  • Knowledge of legal sanctions and remedies/tools available including the requirements of the Crime and Disorder Act and other ASB legislation including the Crime and Policing Act.
  • Ability to prioritise work and activities effectively including differentiating between ASB cases based on severity and repetition.
  • I.T literacy with the ability to operate current computer packages e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
  • On occasion be required to work outside of normal hours (i.e. beyond 1800hrs and at weekends) as required by the needs of the service – such as home visits, restorative justice sessions and community meetings.
  • Required to work from TfWM bus stations from time to time.
