Essential Requirements
- Experience of undertaking research and benchmarking to create analysis and recommendations to support and influence both strategic and tactical decisions
- Experience of working with large, complex datasets
- Experience of using Excel to an advanced level
- Experience of Statistical and data modelling
- Experience of presenting statistical information
- knowledge and understanding and experience of workforce planning theory, application, legislation and policy
- degree holder with mathematics forming an integral part of the qualification
- Ability to prioritise with excellent problem solving skills
- programme language skills
- visual basic language skills,Knowledge of SQL coding
- Experience of working with Oracle e-business suite / Oracle Fusion/ OBTI, Crystal reports
- Understanding of Oracle HCM application
- The role requires both Recruitment Vetting and Management Vetting.
- The role is based out our Headquarters in Central Birmingham.
