Essential Requirements
  • Experience of undertaking research and benchmarking to create analysis and recommendations to support and influence both strategic and tactical decisions
  • Experience of working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience of using Excel to an advanced level
  • Experience of Statistical and data modelling
  • Experience of presenting statistical information
  • knowledge and understanding and experience of workforce planning theory, application, legislation and policy
  • degree holder with mathematics forming an integral part of the qualification 
Desirable Requirements
  • Ability to prioritise with excellent problem solving skills
  • programme language skills
  • visual basic language skills,Knowledge of SQL coding
  • Experience of working with Oracle e-business suite / Oracle Fusion/ OBTI, Crystal reports
  • Understanding of Oracle HCM application

Extra information:
  • The role requires both Recruitment Vetting and Management Vetting.
