User Experience Analyst
Essential:
Must demonstrate proven experience and ability to:
- Experience of detailed technical analysis in order to gather existing ‘as-is’ state of landscape across systems and platforms.
- Monitor and Analyse User behaviour across systems and platforms and be able to visualise those journeys using a variety of tools/techniques.
- Experience of detailed technical analysis and formulation of alternative technical options relating to user experience on systems and platforms; creating analytical models in order to prioritise opportunities based on certain impact levels.
- Experience of contributing to technical roadmaps to showcase future user experience direction and alignment to strategic direction for application roadmaps.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of a technical domain (Infrastructure, Applications, Cloud Services, Integrations, Identity, Authentication or End User Devices) as they relate to user experience.
- Conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail & an understanding of the what makes a flow user friendly, accessible & simple for the end users.
Desirable:
- An IT cloud related certification from one of the public cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle or Google) at Foundation level is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in formal board participation and governance.
- ITIL Foundation certificate or demonstrable skills that the ITIL principles are understood in the context of the role.

Vetting
Successful applicants will be required to pass Management Vetting scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Medical
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
