The post holder should be resilient, flexible and adaptable to change
Ability to maintain filing systems and registers; use photocopiers and multi-functional devices; scan and send electronic documents; and process statistical returns in accordance with established standards and criteria
Ability to use or be trained in a range of operational computer applications such as ICIS (Integrated Custody Information System), EFB (Electronic File Build), PNC (Police National Computer) and the Magistrates' Court Case Management System (otherwise known as LIBRA)
Must be able to employ active listening techniques and possess effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to solve problems methodically and logically
Ability to operate both bespoke computer systems and standard Microsoft Office applications
