Service Desk Analyst
Essential
Candidates must have:
- A good computer knowledge and excellent keyboard skills.
- A strong verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to work and good attention to detail, together with an understanding of the importance of accuracy when undertaking tasks.
Desirable
- To have a good understanding of Sharepoint, Window 10 operating system, Active Directory, Administration of Office 365 (TEAM, One Note and Exchange).
- Previous experience of TCP/IP Networking protocol, ITIL best practices (in particular incident management and Service Level Agreements)
- Previous experience of supporting remote support and devices such as laptops, desktops and mobile smart phones.
Vetting
Successful applicants will be required to pass Recruitment Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Medical
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
