Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- Managing large-scale/complex enterprise wide business transformation projects
- Managing multiple work-streams
- Proactive change management and delivery of service change
- Managing multi-skilled teams operating in a matrix management
- Managing senior stakeholders including SROs, Executive
- Project and Change Management methodologies, techniques - Educated to degree level or have substantial experience (min 5 years) in a relevant
- A recognised PPM qualification (MSP/PRINCE2 Lean Six Sigma, Change Management)
Desirable:
- Experience of managing change and transformation within a public sector environment`
Skills:

- Proven Project Management skills(scoping, planning and execution)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
