- Be able to negotiate at different levels to effectively manage requests for assistance and seek effective engagement with partners.
- Be able to concentrate on high volumes of information and provide analysis and inference to inform decision making.
- Ability to work in an ever changing and dynamic environment, responding positively and co-operatively to change and conflicting demands.
- Good analytical and research skills to evaluate information and provide meaningful recommendations to assist law enforcement and partner agencies in prevention activities.
- Good verbal and presentation skills, adjusting communication style to suit different audiences.
- Good written communication skills to convey key information in a clear and auditable fashion to different audiences to inform their decision making.
- Good planning and organising skills.
- Able to attain and maintain SC & MV vetting levels.
Desirable criteria:
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
- Experience of working as part of a team within Public and/ or Private sector partnerships.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of Organised Crime Group mapping process.
- Ability to absorb and understand technical information and relay to a non-technical audience.
