ROCTA/ROCU Performance Analyst
Essential:
- Must have completed the national training for Analysts (or equivalent) OR equivalent Performance training
- Analysis and the application of analytical techniques
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment, should be able to appropriately prioritise and plan own work
Desirable:
- Experience of working with sensitive products and intelligence.
- Experience working in a police intelligence environment and with relevant police intelligence systems;
- Experience of relevant analytical tools, such as iBASE, i2 workstation, GIS applications and other customised databases
- Experience in the use of use IT packages, systems and/or databases involved in analysing, interpreting, storing, and presenting data
- Educated to degree level.
- Knowledge/experience of the OCGM process.
Other Requirements:
- Vetting required to SC (Enhanced)
- Occasional work outside of normal office hours
- The post holder will need to have a driving license
- The post holder may be required to use their own vehicle so the individual will need to ensure that they have business use cover within their insurance
- The post holder may be required to work from different locations other than ROCU (outside the Birmingham area)
- The post holder will be expected to undertake training as and when required
- The post holder will be expected to comply with health and safety requirements
