- Has an understanding of Employment Law and the application of relevant legislation
- Has experience of case management
- Possesses excellent administrative skills
- Has generalist HR experience working within an HR environment covering the following:
- Resourcing and Recruitment -significant for this post
- Attendance Management Advice and Support
- Performance Management and Leadership Advice and Support
- Grievance and Disciplinary Advice and Support
- Develop and Implement the Diversity and Inclusion Plan
- Stakeholder Management linked to POD/Learning & Development/WMP
- Employee Support/Welfare
- Employee Development/Talent Management
- Quarterly Performance Review - Accountability for People Matters

Core hours Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week, however
you will need to show flexibility in being able to meet the demands of the
department and role when necessary.
You will work as part of a central team which sits in the People
Organisation & Development function where you will have specific
responsibility for designated areas of the organisation.
Although based in Birmingham city centre, you will also work
from other locations in line with organisational need. Agile working is
available.
