You will have a proven track record of managing people and delivering sustainable change. You will be able to provide evidence of having an effective customer service background. You will demonstrate clear decision making ability and have effective communication skills.
Previous managerial experience is required as well as a demonstration of prioritisation and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
