Project Officer (Construction)
About you:
You will hold a HNC or equivalent in a relevant discipline and also have substantial experience and knowledge of building / service installations and project management.
As the ideal candidate you will be enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills, be open and flexible in your approach and have a clear ability to deliver appropriate cost effective solutions within defined timeframes. You will be assertive, organised and be able to communicate effectively.
The Construction Project Manager will also have demonstrable knowledge of and experience in:
- Preparing Feasibility Studies
- Architectural Design capability
- Construction Detailing
- Computer Aided Design
- Using both JCT and NEC forms of Contract
- AutoDesk Revit and other BIM applications is desirable
Due to the nature of the role flexibility in your working hours is essential.
