PNC Bureau Shift Supervisor
Essential Requirements
- Phoenix trained to names update level with recent experience.
- Trained to PNC vehicle update level
- Control works trained
- Competent in use of Court systems including Libra and Bichard 7
- Proven knowledge of Police procedures and computer systems
- Experience of searching of records and indices.
- Good communication and decision-making skill
- Ability to prioritise work and organise workloads.
Desirable Requirements
- Proven knowledge of Data Protection Legislation.
- Proven Computer skills.
- Proven telephone skills
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to interrogate CONNECT system
Hours of Work and flexibility:
Rotating shifts covering 24 hour period including weekends and Bank and Concessionary Holiday Shifts are 7am x 7pm and 7pm x 7am, which may be subject to alteration as circumstances dictate.
It is a special condition that as post holders will be required to operate alone during refreshment breaks on nights and at weekends; previous recent experience of PNC nominal/vehicle updating is considered absolutely essential to applicants for the post.
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully passing vetting and medical checks, which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
