About the person:
We are looking for someone with an HR/Talent or L&D background and an interest as well previous experience of developing, implementing and embedding performance management frameworks and initiatives in large organisations.
You will be a successful, credible and established HR Professional with effective consulting and facilitation skills and a strong underpinning knowledge in Organisational Development.
You will have a strategic mind set and able to work creatively and collaboratively to really help us to embed a performance management culture at West Midlands Police.
Success is something we are all passionate about, as well as providing a first class service to colleagues across the force.
There are lots of opportunities to learn and develop both personally and professionally as part of a supportive team.
