Essential Skills and Experience
- Good telephone techniques and communication skills
- Good written communication skills
- A working knowledge of MS Word and MS Exce
- Ability to learn and effectively use bespoke IT systems
- Ability to follow process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow set processes, procedures and policies.
- Experience of working in a transactional or customer service delivery environment with the ability to effectively respond to customer enquiries.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines.
- Experience of working in a team environment.
- An awareness of service standards and an understanding of what excellent service delivery looks and feels like.
