Qualifications - External
- Experience and skills required:
- Must be able to use all microsoft packages
- Experience working under minimal supervision
- Experience of investigations
- Ability to gather evidence
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of the Licensing Act 2003
- Ability to develop effective relationships with external partners
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility
- Ability to proactively identify risks and issues and highlight these to management
- evidence of analytical skills
- Ability to achieve BIIAB level 2 qualification and maintain qualification
- Analytical
- Self Motivated
Desirable:
- Experience of guiding and influencing partners
- Experience of local third sector providers
- Good investigative skills
