Learning & Delivery Manager
You will already be a successful, credible and established L & D Professional with a strong underpinning knowledge in Organisational Development to support your practice. It would be advantageous if you are a subject matter expert in two or more of the following areas:
- Performance Management & Talent Management
- Senior Leadership Development
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Induction and On boarding
- CPD and designing curated CPD content
- Diversity and Inclusion programme design and delivery
- Management Development
The roles will see you being a subject
matter expert in one or more of the above but we are particularly interested in
professionals with expertise and experience in Performance Management, Talent
Management and Diversity and Inclusion programme design and delivery.
