Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least one to two year’s PQE
- A capable advocate before the Courts
- Have knowledge and experience in the conduct and management of public liability claims, together with experience of general litigation claims, judicial review and debt recovery matters
- Have knowledge of Police Law and demonstrable ability to manage a complex and varied caseload in a proactive manner
- Be an effective problem solver with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and take on new areas of work with minimal supervision
Desirable:
- Experience within a public sector legal team
