HR Analyst
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of undertaking research and bench-marking within tight timescales, to create analysis and recommendations to support and influence both strategic and tactical decisions
- Experience of working with large, complex datasets
- Experience of using Excel to an advanced level
- Experience of working with Oracle e-business suite / Oracle Fusion
- Experience of working with QLIK Sense.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL / VBA coding
Vetting:
Successful applicants will be required to pass Management Vetting prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
