Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Demonstrable experience of Performance Analysis and Improvement at a corporate level ( 3 years )
  • Experience of working with senior managers 
  • Experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholder groups (internal and external – Local and National )
  • Experience of working on own initiative and without supervision
  • Demonstrable experience of prioritising work in order to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Experience of working to a high degree of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Demonstrable knowledge of statistical techniques
  • Experience of managing and developing a team with clear evidence of outputs without recourse to senior members of staff
  • Proven track record in understanding the needs of customers/users
  • Able to work to and self-manage strict deadlines and targets whilst managing periods of peaks in demands to ensure tasks are complete
  • High level numeracy skills; analyse and interpret large amounts of data and produce complex statistical and persuasive written reports
  • Able to work without direct supervision and make complex decisions without the need to refer for guidance
  • Evidence of successfully planning and progressing a series of work within general guidelines, using initiative and judgement
  • Able to plan and organise work with short and long term time frames
  • Able to work effectively across numerous portfolios
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and be capable of balancing competing demands and priorities
  • Advanced Excel Skills 
Desirable Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience of MS SharePoint
