Head of Finance Business Partnering
Essential Experience
- Significant post qualification experience in financial management, budgeting and reporting, management reporting and advising.
- Significant experience of a managing financial teams.
- Significant experience of advising and guiding business decisions within corporate governance frameworks in order to ensure compliance and managing risks.
- Experience of overseeing modernisation and significant improvement to functions.
- Experience and knowledge in all relevant statutory, regulatory and professional accounting standards.

- Have analytical and judgement skills – ability to analyse diverse sets of information.
- Planning and organisational skills – able to formulate and implement long term plans. Able to think laterally and creatively to options appraisals and plans.

- Stakeholder & Change Management - Ability to challenge operationally and strategically with a professional approach with the ability to lead on communicating a clear vision, new ways of working and cultural change.
Qualifications
- You must be CCAB qualified (full member of ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) or equivalent
Conditions
Based at Lloyd House in Birmingham city centre, you will work a 36.5 hour week. There is a requirement to work flexibly at all times with regard to workloads and priorities, and a requirement to travel to other locations to build collaborative relationships.
