Evidence Presentation Officer
- Good IT skills with experience in the use of computer software and hardware.
- Understanding of CCTV matters within the serious crime arena.
- Proven experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system.
- Proven communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of video editing / enhancement / techniques.
- An understanding of ID and recognition procedures and protocols.
- A basic understanding of CCTV systems / players / files.
- Ideally completed a TDC / ICIDP investigation training course.
- Experience in serious / complex crime investigation.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, mainly Premiere and After Effects
- Experience with FFMPEG
- Required to work a shift system, covering the hours of between 07.00 -18.00 Monday to Friday.
- The post holder will be required to drive force vehicles and will need a full UK driving licence.
- Required to attend and pass appropriate training courses as and when required in order to develop the individual and the team.
- Expected to comply with Health and Safety at Work Act, Fire Prevention Regulations and COSHH Regulations at all times.
Vetting
Successful applicants will be required to pass Recruitment Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
