Change Practitioner (12 month fixed term contract)
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Proven ability to understand
the strategic aims and objectives of the organisation
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills to effectively engage with a variety of audiences
within and external to WMP
- Excellent relationship
management/ stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Experienced and competent in
the use of MS Office applications (specifically SharePoint, Word, Excel
and PowerPoint)
- Utilising key change
management skills, approaches and methodology
- Excellent influencing and
negotiating skills
- Excellent organisational and
presentation skills
Desirable:
- To have experience of
applying change methodology throughout a project life cycle
Qualifications
Essential:
- Change management
qualification (or equivalent for example MSP, Organisational Change)
- Proven track record in
delivery change
Desirable:
- CIPD membership
