Cadet Scheme Delivery Manager
Qualifications
- The Volunteer Police Cadet scheme is a regulated youth activity therefore the applicant must have experience of the regulations, processes, governance and safeguarding that support the delivery of regulated youth activity.
- Experience of working with volunteers including the recruitment, support and management.
- Line management experience.
- Effective organisational, planning and adminitrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to interpret legislation or policies into operational delivery plans.
- Good problem solving skills
Vetting
Successful applicants will be required to pass Management Vetting, Recruitment Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Conditions
The role will involve significant out of hours working due to the need to meet, support and manage both staff and volunteers who will be operating outside those core hours.
Interviews will be held on 5th November.
Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully passing vetting and medical checks.
