Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- An understanding of WMP human resources systems (My Time, FOAP etc), including organisation structure, recruitment, training and reward/recognition processes/systems.
- Good knowledge of PPU area of business
- Excellent written communication skills, with ability to research and write reports for a range of audiences.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with ability to engage varied audiences, convey complex information in an accessible way and prepare and give presentations.
- Excellent technical skills around the presentation of complex data, especially using MS Excel, MS Word and force systems
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous HR, workforce planning experience
- My Time advanced user
