Essential:
- Previous experience in the field of facilities management and/or health and Safety
- Previous supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of technical equipment e.g. BMS
- Proven Competency of Microsoft applications, Word, Outlook with higher level of Excel
- Understanding of purchasing/contract frameworks
- Effective communication skills - written and verbal
Desirable:
- Attended a formal Facilities management course
- H&S qualification e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH
- Experience of drawing up proposals for planning office desk plans
- To have experience of providing options for estate/facilities improvement
- Hold a full clean driving license
