Essential skills required:
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a demanding environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with effective time management.
• Proven ability to work part of a team with minimal supervision
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Have a flexible approach to work.
• Can multi-task, prioritise workload and work with minimal supervision.
Desirable:
• Experience of working in a planning environment.
• Knowledge of the rostering system - Crown and/or My Time.
Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday with shifts of 07:00 x 15:00 and 10:00 x 18:00. You will need to be able to work each of these shifts. Once trained in the role there is an on call expectation.
Interviews will take place W/C 16/12/20.
