Experience and Skills
You will have substantial experience of managing large scale operational and transactional services and processes that are underpinned by clear performance metrics. You'll have demonstrable experience in service improvement, cost reduction managing large budgets and strategic level change management.
You must have the ability to shape and influence Shared Service and IS strategy, driving a positive and simple customer experience as well as the capability to multi-task and deal with competing demands
You will have extensive experience and proven success in relationship building, stakeholder management and experience in managing and delivering projects and the presentation of business cases.
