Area Cleaning Manager
Essential Experience/knowledge/Qualifications:
- Must have a former Cleaning or Soft FM background with management experience of delivering variable services and maintaining a healthy & safe environment for our employees, visitors and general public.
- Must have extensive experience of leading teams and planning resources in a challenging multi-site environment
- Must hold or be working towards accredited learning, ideally within British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) or Facilities Management (BIFM/IWFM) qualification.
- Can demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of Waste Management Regs.
- Can demonstrate effective leadership, development and implementation of a diverse workforce.
- Can competently create and maintain cleaning operating procedures and schedules.
- Can effectively engage with stakeholders, interdependencies and customers.
- Must be result driven, have an eye for detail, and is customer focused.
- Must have an ability to identify and deliver efficiencies.
- Requires mobility as post holder will be agile working.
Desirable
- Previous experience of working across a multi-site organisation
- Knowledge of working in public sector organisation
Essential skills/qualifications:
- BICSc or IWFM associated learning qualifications
Desirable skills/qualifications:
- Associated Soft FM industry qualification or experience
