Skills/experience

• Experience in research and analytical processes using both qualitative and quantitative approaches;
• Professionalism, integrity, deliver on promises, personal responsibility and commitment, resilience, energy and drive to get things done
• Excellent IT Skills including the use of MS Office applications (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to handle, interrogate and analyse data in various formats;
• Able to exercise judgement relating to issues of data quality, integrity, accuracy sensitivity and timeliness as well as resolving problems relating to these issues where identified;
• Able to collate, analyse and evaluate information to reach well-reasoned conclusions and recommendations;

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider analytical team;

Hours of Work and location:

• The hours of this role are between 0800 and 1800 as per the police staff flexi time policy. 
• Work Location: CMPG HQ, Thornbridge Avenue, Perry Barr, Birmingham, B42 2AG
• Contract Type: 2 year contract
